We will be providing applications at the JATC offices from 9am to 11:30am & 1pm to 4pm on the following dates. You may apply to both programs but you must fill out a separate application. No applications will be accepted other than those provided by this JATC.

There is a $25 processing fee for each application to be paid by check or money order at the time of application
